Abstract

different life phases to maintain do?a balance and promote a healthy life, including dinacary?, r?tr?cary?, r?t?cakraary?, rajasval? paricary?, garbhi?? paricary?, and Sootika paricary?. rajasval? paricary? specifically applies to women of reproductive age during menstrual bleeding (rajastr?vak?la). Menstruation is considered a physiological and natural ?odhana (purification) process. This period involves physiological, hormonal, and psychological changes. rajasval? paricary? provides lifestyle modifications (suggestions on what to do and avoid) aimed at supporting women’s gynecological and obstetrics reproductive health. However, the practice of rajasval? paricary? is currently neglected by women, which has led to an increase in disorders such as Dysmenorrhea, PCOS, Infertility, Endometriosis, and Fibrosis. The menstrual period is predominantly a v?ta do?a period. Following a feasible and scientific paricary?, maintaining hygiene, and using logical modifications are crucial for optimum health. ?yurveda presents a perspective on this phase that differs from conventional medicine. Aim: To review the literature and the importance of rajasval? paricary?, validate its effect on menstrual health, and emphasize following it as given in classical ?yurveda texts for general health and healthy progeny. Objectives: To establish rajasval? paricary? in disease prevention, maintenance of female health, and compile ?yurvedika and conventional science references.
