        Ayurveda the health and life science aims at  swasthasya swasthya rakshanam aturasya vikaar prashaman. ie maintenance of existing health and curing the occurred ailments. For maintenance of health Ayurveda had taken utmost care and precautions in the form of do’s and don’ts mentioned in Dinacharya , Ritucharya , Sadvrutta sandharbh , Achaar rasayan, janapadodhwans prakaran etc. .
